At Newfound Treat Co., we want you to feel confident ordering from us. Because our products are pet treat items, we do not accept returns of opened or used products for safety and quality reasons. If there is a problem with your order, we will review it and work with you to make it right.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has shipped, been delivered, or been picked up, except where required by law.

We do not accept returns for:

• Opened packages
• Used products
• Products not stored properly after delivery or pickup
• Products your pet does not prefer
• Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup at NewfoundTreat@gmail.com.

• Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box if applicable

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled if they have not yet been packed, prepared, shipped, or marked ready for pickup. Once processing has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
