Returns
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has shipped, been delivered, or been picked up, except where required by law.
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened packages
- Used products
- Products not stored properly after delivery or pickup
- Products your pet does not prefer
- Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup at NewfoundTreat@gmail.com.

Order Cancellations
